Xianyang Genda Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a garment manufacturing company dedicated to integrating innovative design and production. The main service customers include: 9 large state-owned enterprises such as State Grid and Shaanxi Energy, more than 80 primary and secondary schools, and hundreds of enterprises and institutions. The company has a total investment of 30 million yuan, a total area of 10,000 square meters, and a standardized production workshop of 8,000 square meters. It is currently the largest disabled entrepreneurship and employment incubation base in the northwest region.
The construction of multiple functional areas such as standardized factory buildings, employee dormitories, restaurants, health rooms, training rooms, fitness and entertainment areas has been completed, and advanced equipment for the entire industry chain such as clothing design, production, processing, color separation, printing, and embroidery has been purchased, including 300 sewing machines, 3 large cloth drawing machines, 5 cutting beds, 5 ironing tables, and 3 lining machines. In order to achieve innovation and rapid development, combined with the characteristics and particularities of people with disabilities, we have optimized and developed the project in conjunction with Shaanxi Elite Crowdfunding Incubator Operation Management Co., Ltd., to provide skills training and entrepreneurship guidance for disabled partners to start their own businesses and find employment, and to realize a new model of "self-employment" and "home employment".
